I am a neuroscientist, scientific communicator, educator, and mentor. While my focus in graduate school was decision-making, addiction, and sex differences, I am an expert in fundamental neuroscience topics and content. I specifically engage with people and organizations working within the realm of neuroscience, cognition, behavior, and/or biological research.

I am particularly interested in taking complex neuroscience topics and using compelling storytelling to translate information into digestible content for anyone to understand. I specially enjoy speaking about addiction/substance use disorders, cognition/behavior, and sex differences. However, if you have a specific neuroscience subject you'd like to hear from me, I am happy to speak on it.

Yes! I am available for keynotes, invited talks, panels, workshops, guest lectures, podcasts, and other speaking engagements. Drug addiction, cognition, and hormones are my particular interests, but I am happy to speak on various neuroscience topics.

Yes! Tell me what you wish to explore, who the audience is, and what you want as the ultimate takeaway for the talk/workshop/event. I will cater the science and my speaking towards a specific audience based on attendees.

My consulting expertise spans research/experimental design, literature review, scientific analysis and interpretation, writing, and scientific communication. I'm also open to collaborations, contract work, and interesting projects that would benefit from a neuroscientist's input.

Yes. My services span academic, educational, nonprofit, and professional settings. I am happy to discuss a project, event, research question, or idea that involves neuroscience or the life sciences.

Students and early-career scientists navigating difficult research questions/methods, graduate school troubles, or uncertain career decisions. As a recent PhD graduate, I navigated a lot of those decisions myself. I can offer my unique expertise to help you succeed in professional school.

Tutoring is for students who need help with specific material from class in order to succeed on a test or exam. Mentoring is for students and/or early career individuals looking for guidance from someone who has walked in their footsteps before.

I work with advanced high school, undergraduate, and graduate students. My specialties are in neuroscience, neuroanatomy, cellular biology, pharmacology, and basic math. I am happy to assist with difficult coursework and related material, test preparation, or even just help in understanding a complicated class concept.
